A sample of cards from so many of you is included in this posting - we receive so many BEAUTIFUL cards and we are streamlining your contributions this time around - THANK YOU TO ALL who have sent us Halloween, Fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah and all occasion cards!

Rebecca P from Burnsville, MN sent 278 cards and a check to help us out!  Thanks Rebecca!

Beth A from Warrenville, IL mailed 171 cards - many Christmas, too!  We thank Beth for her contribution.

818 cards mailed to us by FOH volunteer, Julie W, from Sugar Grove, IL and many packages of clear envelopes, too!  Thanks, Julie, for all you do for From Our Hearts!

Carol C, from Woodstown, NY sent 250 cards - lots of variety and many cards for children, too - we appreciate it!

Lina W, from El Paso, TX made "encaustic wax" cards - and beautiful they are - and she sent a cash donation, too - thanks Lina for your continued support!

From Piedmont, AL, Fran K sent us her "monthly" donation as she stamps with the ladies of the Cherokee County Catholic Mission, Sacred Heart Cathlic Church and St Joachim Catholic Church.  This donation - all Christmas cards.  Thanks Fran and ladies!

Jan C is a frequent contributor to our cause - she is from Cedar Rapids, IA - and this donation is all fall/blank general cards - thanks Jan!

Carolyn F, from Rio Vista, TX mailed us a nice mix of all occasion cards, ink pads and clear stamps, too -

Happy Thanksgiving

On this Thanksgiving Day, we wanted to say "Thanks" to all of you for your support this past year.  From Our Hearts has mailed out over 93,000 cards in 2012, over 14,000 of this number were Christmas cards.  You have brought many smiles and helped to boost morale to our deployed troops.   We couldn't have done it without your assistance. 

Our thoughts and prayers to our brave soldiers who have to be so far from their loved ones this holiday season.

A quick update as we have mailed out another big batch of cards - the remaining holiday cards and some thank you boxes, too.

We are thrilled with the response we have received from so many of you!  As noted below, we have mailed 93,259 cards this year - WOW!  This puts us at over 316,000 cards mailed since our inception.  Thanks to everyone who is touching so many lives in a positive way!

The Last of August Donations

Yikes!  Can we really be that far behind in our posting of boxes received?  We thank EACH and EVERY one of  you who keep us so busy!!

Lesley T, Kirkwood, MO sent yet another box of 296 cards and a cash donation, too.

Lots of fall, Christmas, Halloween, and Thanksgiving cards were made -

as well as many thank you and other all occasion cards - thank Lesley!

From Clayton, NC, Peggy S sent a box of 250 cards - and we appreciate her contribution.

Peggy writes:  "These cards were made with love and thank you for what the soldiers do for us.  We are a small group from Christ Community United Methodist Church in Clayton, NC."  Thank you, ladies!

Rose A, Matthews, NC is another frequent contributor to our cause.  105 cards arrived -

A nice variety, and nicely made!!

She helped us out with holiday cards, too - thank you Rose!

We acknowledge a box received from Peggy B - only a picture of her box was found on the camera and we apologize for this slip up.  Peggy sent us a box of supplies - Stampin' Up!®  ribbon, wheels, stamp sents, and more - we appreciate the supplies - it means we can make cards here at the home office!  And, she sent along a check for postage, too - thanks!!

Martha G, Elkins, AR sent another box to us - we appreciate our frequent contributors!

Martha made 178 cards - 45 miss you cards were among the many she made, and we APPRECIATE getting them as we don't get many of this type and NEED them!

She made many other all occasion cards, and holiday cards, too.  Thanks Martha!

From Ridgeville, OH, Judy D is another one of our regular contributors and this time, she mailed us 175 cards and lots of pens to include in the boxes -

"God Bless our Troops", she writes! 

She made many Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas cards, too - Thanks Judy!

And from Escondido, CA, Bernadette C sent cards and supplies, too.  We adore how she decorates each and every box!

Supplies, many ink pads, pens, post it notes and packing tape were found!

And she sent us cards that were made by her art students - Mrs. Hathaway's 3rd grade class.  We couldn't believe 3rd graders made these!!  They are outstanding.

Mary Ellen Holds Event For From Our Hearts

In August, Mary Ellen C from Wood River, Illinois, held a card making event for From Our Hearts - generating several hundred Christmas and other occasion cards.

Mary Ellen is an avid supporter of From Our Hearts, holding events on a regular basis.  This was the first time she held one for the public - holding it at the Roxana, Illinois library.

Susan T, From Our Hearts' VP of Operations, was able to attend and lend support.

They knocked out many, many beautiful cards!  We thank the following for their support of the event:
