A while? Yes, it has been some time since photos of cards received have been posted on the blog - in part because our volunteers struggle some days just to get the boxes opened, checked in, and the cards put away. We'll continue to take a few photos, but not of every box, every day.
Here are a several cards we want to share with you.
From Piedmont, Alabama, Fran K has been contributing to From Our Hearts for years. Stamping with 3 groups of ladies from different churches in her area every month, these ladies make and contribute 90 cards every month. This month, a lovely "love you" card was made.
Miss You are always in great need and Fran created the next card for the ladies to make.
And of course, blank note cards are most welcome. We would like to see more masculine note cards - can we make this a challenge to our contributors?
As always, we appreciate Fran's constant support of our efforts.
With Mother's Day just around the corner, From Our Hearts was swamped with last minute contributions - AND WE THANK EVERYONE! This next card is from the Stittville VFW Post 8259 Ladies Auxiliary in Stittville, NY. They, too, gather regularly and hold card making events. This time, over 1,400 cards were made and donated to From Our Hearts. Focusing on Easter and Mother's Day, their box arrived early March.
Here is a sample of the beautiful cards:
We are grateful to have such wonderful support from these ladies, and to all our contributors, we say "thank you"!
